KRISTINA MORROW: CHILDBIRTH EDUCATOR & POSTPARTUM DOULA

Hello, my name is Kristina! I’m a certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula and a Birth Restored educator based in Plano, TX. When my son was born, my life took a complete one-hundred-eighty-degree turn. I found myself obsessed with learning everything I could get my hands on about the absolutely amazing design of birth and postpartum. I realized how intentionally God created the mother-baby dyad to support both the baby and the mother along the journey of pregnancy through parenthood.

I truly love empowering future parents with as much knowledge as it takes for them to feel confident. I was the student who always asked so many extra questions, so if that’s you, I’d love to chat before or after classes too!

When I’m not helping families, I love to spend time with my husband and our toddler. Around DFW, you may find us in a local coffee shop, a new splash pad (our little one loves the water), curled up with The Office reruns, or searching for a new place to explore when it's not so hot.
